Yes. LURI manufactures custom Supima cotton t-shirts in bulk from Hyderabad, Telangana, and ships across India. Orders are quoted in four bands — under 100, 200+, 500+ and 1000+ units. The base garment is the same 260 GSM Supima cotton knit sold at retail, independently tested by SITRA and SPR for colour fastness, shrinkage and fabric weight. Minimum order quantity is 100 units and quotes are returned within 7 days.
Fabric, fit and print quality do not change with order size. What changes is unit price, lead time and how much customization is worth doing.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom t-shirts?
LURI quotes bulk orders in four bands: under 100 units, 200+, 500+ and 1000+. The working minimum is 100 units per design. Smaller runs are possible for repeat clients and are quoted case by case.
Can I print my own logo or design on LURI t-shirts?
Yes. You can print your own artwork on the chest, back, sleeve or in a wrap position, and replace the LURI neck label with your own. Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) reproduce best; we will flag anything in your artwork that will not hold at print size before production.
What fabric are LURI bulk t-shirts made from?
The same Supima cotton knit used for LURI retail garments, at approximately 260 g/m² tested under ISO 3801. Supima is extra-long staple cotton grown in the United States, with fibres of 34 mm and above against roughly 20–28 mm for standard upland cotton. Colour fastness tests at grade 4–5 and shrinkage falls within ISO 6330 tolerance.
How long does a bulk order take?
A standard run takes 3 months from artwork sign-off, plus 1 month for sampling. Larger quantities, multiple designs and custom dye lots add time. Tell us your deadline in the enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. A physical pre-production sample is produced and sent for approval before the full run begins.
How is a bulk order priced?
Per unit, and it depends on four things: quantity band, number of print colours and positions, print method, and whether you need custom labels or packaging. There is no fixed rate card — send your requirement and you get a written quote.
Do you ship bulk orders across India?
Yes. Production and dispatch are from Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, and bulk orders ship to all Indian states with tracking.
Do you offer private label or white label manufacturing?
Yes, from the 1000+ band. That covers your own woven neck label, hang tags, packaging and size set, produced on LURI’s Supima fabric and oversized pattern.
What sizes and colours are available for bulk orders?
Sizes: S to XXL Stock garment colours: Black, Solitary Star, Peach Fuzz. Custom colourways are available from 500+ units per colour.
