We collect what we need to send you a t-shirt and keep in touch: your name, email, phone, delivery address and order history. We use cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used, and advertising tools to show you our ads.
We do not sell your personal data.

We collect only what we need to run the shop. Some of it you give us directly; some is collected automatically when you browse.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric information, health records or religious affiliation, and we do not ask for it.

If LURI is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will give notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
You have the following rights over the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of them, email support@luristore.com from the address registered to your account, or contact our grievance officer below.
You can also update or delete much of your information yourself by signing in to your account and going to account settings. We may need to retain some data where we have a legal obligation to do so, and we will tell you if that applies.
We will respond to requests within 21 Days.
LURI’s shop is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it from our records.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections for data in transit and access controls limiting who on our team can see customer records.
No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Some of our service providers — hosting, analytics, advertising and email tools — store or process data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, your personal data may be transferred to and held in a country whose data protection laws differ from India’s.
We take reasonable steps to ensure any such provider handles your data securely and in line with this policy.
